I bought those sconces a couple weeks ago while thrifting. Today during my lunch break I finally got around to painting and hanging them. They're a little strange but I really like them.

I think that they're pretty. Will you put candles in them or electric wiring?
The blue is nice! I like it.
Please oh please share the name of the paint you used. I adore it!!!
A little strange? :) Be patient little one, you'll be on Flashback Friday soon enough. Just hope I'm in a nice mood when I do it, otherwise it might be you during the worst 2 or 3 days of your life. He he.
you know what's a little strange? the word sconce. it's especially strange when pluralized: sconces.
I love them. What a nice touch to your already beautiful decor. :)
I think they look so good. I love the paint you used to paint them and I also really liked them in brass.
Ooh, I really like them. They're very different.
Tell Clint the word is sconci not sconces. And I agree with Anna a little weird???
they are perfect, they will match your new trash can!
Angela - I found you from the last comment that you left on Niki Worthens blog.
Really...are you kidding about the sconces being strange. If strange is fabulous than I guess they are strange. You are one talented chica. I would want to go thrifting any day with you. Plus I'm pretty sure I love your graphic design talents You are probably really busy but do you ever consider small projects on the side? Like for a little tiny 2 year old triplet party invites? I have such a great vision for these cards but I'm not very savvy with technology.
It was good to meet you on Sat. Mesa is better because of you----I'm not trying to be cheesy but really I can tell you know how to mix it up a bit....not the same old same old.

Looks great!
They look great! What kind of paint did you use?
I kept forgetting to share the paint I used... it was just a can of Krylon spray paint from good ol' WalMart. I think the color was Blue Ocean Breeze.
