like grace from the earth.

'twas a good day full of simple pleasures like:

footless tights,
being barefoot in the rain,
and pretty succulents on our front porch.

  2. those sound great! the weather here demanded cozy tights, a comfortable sweater and a scarf wrapped around my neck.

  3. I am so incredibly jealous. The cold lately has crept into my bones, I'm constantly freezing. I've made up my mind: I need to move south, even if the summers are hotter...

  4. Wasn't the rain GLORIOUS?

Wes stood at my kitchen window for twenty minutes watching the rain and saying, "Wooow!"

Poor kid is a total stranger to rain.

  9. Okay you have an amazing talent to turn anything beautiful. I've thought that any type of arizona plant is so ugly. Then I see your cute arrangement in your pot and I instantly think that it is so cute. Oh and do you know how to read Chinese/Japanese. If you do I'm even more inspired.:)

  12. look at those little red blossoms and those black leaves on that other succulent. so cute.

all i can see outside is white, as far as the eye can see. (that's snow, az people). lovely in its own way, but the thought of being barefoot outside sounds like heaven today.
