faith children, for your happiness will never be denied.

On Sunday, a casual football game started up on my parents lawn with Clint and three of our darling dressed-up nieces. It was pretty adorable.

I joined in on the game for about ten minutes, and Kathryn managed to snap this action shot. Let's just say I probably wasn't born with an athletic gene.

I was, however, born with the 'I love kids' gene. They make me so happy.

  1. too adorable.

i love little girls in dress up clothes.

the fact that they can still get rough while looking beautiful makes it even better.

  2. it's unfortunate that of the many radical action shots snapped during that game, only two were deemed worthy of the blog.

i want to see the one of anna throwing the ball at her unsuspecting husband's head.

  3. I have a shot of me playing softball where I'm swinging with my eyes closed and the ball is like 3 feet above my head.

And what you may lack in athleticism you make up for in wardrobe awesomeness (um and thinness. What I wouldn't give to be able to wear such a cute belt right now)

  5. I am probably more unathletic than you- you go to the gym and stuff. To me, that is athletic.

Dress up clothing and football. I love it.

  6. That was fun. But then I was sore for two days from throwing the football. You look like you are doing a ballerina move in that picture. Awesome.
