serve me the sky with a big slice of lemon.

Some days, eating 50% raw food is pretty easy. Other days, well, not so much. But it's really as simple as making sure that atleast half of what I eat is fresh fruits and veggies, so I can stick with this.

Here's a visual look at one of my easy days, with all the raw food underlined.

Not pictured: the heaping handful of almonds and Dove chocolate I snacked on. (On that note, right now I'm having one of those crazy moments where I'm considering giving up sugar again for awhile. Every time I've done that, I feel so much better...)

  11. i'm with clint. holy cow. this might be one of the most amazing things i have ever seen. you are going to feel wonderful eating all that raw food, but i think a little sugar—if you can eat it in moderation—is fine if you're still adding all that good stuff.

yum! i'm hungry, but it's bedtime.

  12. A.) Combine all three of your meals and it might be equivalent to one of my meals (raw or not).

B.) I am going to stop eating sugar. I might just do it for two weeks, but I'm gonna do it. (Although I might wait until the Christmas candy is gone... :))
