This is a continuing visual documentation of my goal to eat 50% raw foods.
Many hours were spent in the kitchen this weekend. I loved it. Clint didn't love the messes I made, but it was worth it. My new favorite thing is making my own salad dressing. It's so easy and tastes much better. I made a veggie salad based on one I've had from this restaurant, with a fresh herb vinaigrette.
Those pecans were straight off a friend's tree, and that dark chocolate almond milk is a treat I allow myself occasionally. By the way, can we talk about how there are still unopened boxes of Girl Scout cookies in my cupboard? I think I deserve a trophy for my willpower.
