on the edge of the ocean.

It's kind of impossible for me to sit and watch TV without feeling like I'm wasting time. My hands always have to be busy with something else. During conference on Sunday, I decided to occupy them with some mindless sketching. So I found a tiny 3x5" drawing pad in my stash of art supplies from college, and pulled out a brush and watercolor paints. In a couple hours I had filled over twenty pages with mini watercolor doodles.

It was fun and made me feel like a little kid. Maybe I'll even hang some of them up on our fridge with my pretty fabric magnets.

I saved all my getting ready for Conference. Make-up, hair .... Then, we (Audrey and I) colored. Then, I made a pretty cute dog out of Play-Do.

I get so much out of conference that way!
