pick up every piece.

The other day I woke up and wanted to sew something. Then I remembered this thrifted red striped fabric from my stash and decided it would make a fine blouse. Needless to say, it still hasn't been started; but I figured if I set it out on my desk it might happen sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately that's my thinking behind a bunch of different projects, which explains the myriad of messes in this room.

  4. I want this room! Your fabric is fabulous! It would be cool as a wall hanging in contrast with the rug.

PLEASE tell me where you got your desk! Landon would love that.

  20. I bought my first sewing machine a few months ago. It's still in the garage in a box. Boo! I guess getting it right before our little man was born was not the best idea for timing. I'm hoping my first project will be a sweet something for him. One day you will sew for your little one too! xo

    1. Summer, it's from Urban Outfitters. To be honest the quality isn't great, and it's really thin... BUT it was so cheap:
