I'm feeling good about the two goals I set for this year. Now that the first most important thing has been accomplished, it's time to work on the second. An eight pound baby and loads of water weight off gave me a head start, but there's still a ways and a while to go. A girl can only live in elastic-waist skirts for so long.
So it's back to more fruits and vegetables, a few less donuts, and hopefully a steady schedule of exercise (itching to run again!). This is me, holding myself accountable...
