you win just a little but you win.

This month is flying by, and we're trying to enjoy the calm before the holiday craze sets in (I can feel it coming). Five senses for today:

-----------------------------
seeing
Little pumpkins all around the house.

------------------------------
tasting
I wish I was still tasting the Hatch chile + sweet potato soup I had at House of Tricks a couple weeks ago. It was amazing, topped with cream and cinnamon. So glad soup season is here.

------------------------------
hearing
Magazine pages being ripped apart. My not-so-little-anymore baby is already entering the destruction phase, getting into everything and making messes left and right.

------------------------------
smelling
Pear ginger.

------------------------------
touching
Paint. I'm working on a small project for Margo's nursery (which I'll hopefully share soon).

------------------------------

Happy weekend!

The ordinary bat that flies around at night, who is a remarkable nim in the air, cannot take off from a level place aion gold, if it is placed on the floor or flat ground, all it can do is to shuffle about helplessly and aion gold, no doubt, painfully, until it reaches some slight elevation from which it can throw itself into the air. Then, at once, it takes off like a flash aion gold.
